Minimum 6 years

Additional Requirements

1. Minimum 6 years of professional experience in landscape architectural design.

2. The candidates must have vast knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion/Enscape/D5, MS office suite.

3. Leading, coaching, and expanding the Architect team.

4. Visiting new projects and attend client meeting.

5. Design Management, Design Operation, Design QC

6. Analyzing every project as creative design.

7. Presenting design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and management teams.

8. Developing and overseeing the design briefs and projects from inception to completion.

9. Scheduling, monitoring & maintaining the design progress and client meeting.

10. Ensuring proper documentation of every running & upcoming project.

11. Visiting projects, Design QC checking & Schedule maintaining of all projects.

12. Ensuring all designs meet quality standards and are delivered within budget and time constraints.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Artists and Design team to create visually compelling renders, graphics, illustrations, and presentation materials that effectively communicate design intent and options.

2. Utilize sketches and CAD files to build and develop accurate 3D models of buildings, landscapes and spaces paying close attention to materiality, spatial quality, details, and overall design.

3. Provide smart solutions for technical problems and challenges that may arise during the design and production process.

4. Monitor work progress by occasionally visiting project sites, ensuring that design standards are met and resolving any issues that may arise.

5. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.

6. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
